I am about to embarke on a physics thesis on the physical properties of Titanium.

These offer some background, though if you're actually quite serious about finding loads out, or are yourself doing a similar project, I would really recommend looking at your local library for better resources than the internet, or writing to a big Titanium Industrial centre via snailmail, because they would be more than happy to send some brochures.
