Whats the difference in machining Titanium Aluminum, to that of Mild steel or Stainless steel.?

Can Titanium Aluminum be machine on conventional machines, or must it be machined on high speed machines.What coolants & cutters are best to us, ideal cutting speeds and feed rates.?? As much information as possible please about the machining of this material would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much, in the event of someone replying to my questions.
