Which is more pure, platinum or titanium? Asking because of a Severe jewelry/metal allergy?

1It depends on the type of titanium and platinum as there are many variations. Biocompatiblity wise gold is very inert as well as Ti. Ti is often used in medical devices that are implanted in people.
